When you drive into Kiel on highway 57 you are greeted by a sign that says, "Kiel a small community that does big things."  I have the pleasure each day to work with smallest children in our school distinct. My goal as a teacher is to create a caring community of learners where each child's differences are respected.  Through song, movement, creative play, and hands on learning activities the children in my classroom will develop their social and motor skills, as well as gain a love for learning.  These skills will  lay the foundation for each child to do "big things" throughout their life's journey.
