Raider Time

Raider Time is held during Third Block. This is a time for all students to participate in intervention or enrichment activities as needed. Mondays are club activities. Aligning to the middle school philosophy of exploration and involvement, all students have the opportunity to sign up for an interest area being offered as a Raider Time Club.

Tuesday through Friday, Raider Time consists of Intervention or Enrichment activities. These 35 minute lessons support the Wisconsin State Standards in Reading, Math, Science or Social Studies. The focus is on helping students get the extra help they need in a particular area – i.e. math or reading OR to be involved in enriching activities that are of high interest and high rigor to challenge students. Teachers meet and monitor students learning weekly to make decisions on whether they are included in an intervention group or an enrichment group.
