Greetings!

I am one of the science teachers at the high school and also the online science teacher for Kiel eSchool.  I have been with the district since 2009.

I grew up in Manitowoc and attended schools there.  After high school I attended the University of Denver where I double majored in Biology and Chemistry and met my husband.  I transfered to Montana State University - Billings and graduated with a BS Extended Chemistry degree.  After college we moved back to Green Bay and I worked in the printing industry for several years before taking time off to have a family.  My husband and I reside in Manitowoc and have two boys.  I worked part-time for Lakeshore Family Resources in Manitowoc before returning to school at UW Oshkosh and earning my teaching license in January of 2009. 

I am certified in broad field science, biology, chemistry, and physics.  I teach biology, chemistry, and ILS at the high school and biology, chemistry, physics, marine science, physical science, and great minds in science online.

In my free time I enjoy golfing and boating with my family.  I quilt, stamp, and love to read.  I also play in the Silver Lake College Wind Ensemble and sub with the Manitowoc Marine Band.
