Hello!  Welcome to Mr. Walsh's Homepage.  I currently am teaching 5th through 8th grade Physical Education.  I have been at KMS since the 2002-2003 school year.

My journey to KMS began in Manitowoc.  I am a graduate of Manitowoc Lincoln High School.  I continued my education at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.  In December of 2000, I graduated from UWL with a degree in Physical Education Teaching.  Upon graduation, I substitute taugh in the La Crosse area.  The fall of 2001 brought a move to Arizona where I taught at Supai Middle School in Scottsdale.  Being away from family in Wisconsin though, I quickly realized that it was hard to deal with things being 2500 miles from home.  I applied for the KMS job and was hired after a lengthy phone conversation (2 2/12 hours worth!) with Mr. Slosser.  I began teaching that falll and have been here ever since.  In 2005, I returned to school and began graduate school through UWL.  In May 2007, I graduated from UWL with a Masters Degree in Education-Professional Development.

I currently live in Manitowoc with my wife Andrea and our kids Ben and Bryce.  I am enjoy teaching my students new activities to live a healthy active lifestyle outside of the school setting.  My personal interests outside of school include officiating (baseball, softball, basketball, and football), attending sporting events, fishing, and just playing foolishly with my kids.
