Juniors
Through guided reflection with their ACP advisors and school counselor, juniors will research what is needed to be successful on the paths they are considering, assess themselves against those requirements, and refine their plan as needed to meet their personal goals. This may be done through job shadows, interviews, career speakers, and more. With these experiences, students will be able to develop an actionable plan for their future.

Lesson 2: Career Demand Xello Lesson
- Log into Xello and navigate your Lessons page. Complete the “Career Demand” Lesson.
- If time permits, discuss the following questions in small groups:
- What does career demand mean? What are employment projections?
- What careers are in demand in your area? Why?
- How will changes in career demand affect your career choices?
- What jobs do you think will be hot in the future? What jobs do you think won't exist in the future?
- What factors and forces influence the demand for careers (e.g. demographics, automation)?
- What skills or knowledge do you think you will need to be prepared for the jobs of the future?

- Update Skills in “About Me” page (minimum 5 skills)
