What is the Portrait of a Graduate?
Over the past two years, our staff has worked together to develop a research-based profile that reflects what a Kiel High School student is accomplishing every day. This Portrait includes key indicators that measure student success across academics, character, and employability skills:
- GPA of 2.8 or higher
- Attendance of 95% or higher
- Demonstration of the Raider Way Life Skills (3 or higher)
- Accountability
- Social Awareness
- Self Awareness
- Financial Literacy (Grade of B or higher)
- Meeting Testing Proficiency Benchmarks
- Participation in two or more school activities
How to Access Your Student's Portrait
You will receive your student's Portrait of a Graduate in two ways:
- You can view a detailed PDF report by logging into your guardian account in NextPath and selecting your student's profile.
- Log in as Caregiver
- English
- Spanish
- A paper copy will also be sent directly to your home.
This report will be sent home at the end of each semester for students and families to see how each student is progressing toward readiness throughout their high school career.
