Kiel High School Sophomores
Sophomores
Throughout Sophomore year, students will continue to explore and refine their career interests while beginning to connect those interests to real-world experiences and post-secondary options. Students will deepen their understanding of work values, workplace skills, and lifestyle goals as they investigate careers that align with who they are and what matters to them. Students will explore schools, majors, and training programs while reflecting on earnings, education requirements, and career pathways. They will gain experience through volunteering, job shadows, co-ops, internships, and guest speakers. They will begin to plan more intentionally by saving majors and programs that support their future goals.
